We generally ship withn two (2) business days after receiving your order.
Shipping for The Slate Book is free to the US by USPS.
We ship from Morrisville, VT 05661 U.S.A.
Generally UPS Ground takes 1 - 3 business days within the continental U.S. UPS
states they will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO & FPO addresses. If UPS does
not deliver to your address, do not choose that as a delivery method.
Estimated Domestic (U.S.) UPS Shipping Costs:
- Next Day Air - $23.00 - $36.00 depending on location
- 2nd Day Air - $12.00 - $15.00
- 3 Day Select - $5.00 - $12.00
- Ground - ~$5.50
All estimates are just that - estimates based on the information provided. We will make every attempt
to deliver your products as estimated but, we cannot guarantee shipping rates or dates.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by theslatebook.com within 24 hours of delivery for a full
refund. Items lost or damaged during delivery will be replaced, you must contact us immediately
and report damage to the delivery agency upon receipt of a damaged package.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC/ISBN.
- Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts except
as noted above.
Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was not purchased by you,
the refund will be issued to the gift giver/purchaser.
